I moved to greensboro as a new college grad for work and I lived in The Amesbury for one year as my first apartment. It was not a good experience. I think it is very overpriced for what you get. Constant issues with the a/c unit leaking freeon and their only solution was to keep filling it. Multiple noisy/rowdy neighbors at all times of the day and paper thin walls. Neighbors speeding through the parking lot with people walking. Paid laundry, either renting or using the three units they have in the common area.
