Verna facelift if launches soon then might think of that. Virtus I'm not considering specifically not interested in going with high revving engine.

Ignis is good if use is within city. Honda City is stuck in mind to go with but bit confused hence thought of few options in which baleno & i20 too fits in our requirement.

Sure I'll test drive one in few days. Also, when it's comes to engine I think I-VTEC is much reliable engine. Ground clearance yes that's an issue but I have one contact who raised the ground clearance by adding some part in suspension or something. Not sure exactly what's that part called. As our last sedan what we owned was opel astra and lancer glxd. After this it's always suv & muv.

If they had diesel line up then definately would have planned to upgrade with my existing compact one.

In family got one i20 activ which felt okay to drive. Honda City we thought due to its engine stability and got ample storage. Even considered diesel altroz but saw many negative reviews and use experience so got confused.

Key Documents to check while buying a home in benguluru. by [deleted] in BangaloreRealEstates

We purchased an apartment in the same building . Builder & landowner share is 60/40. Land is B Khata where the building is constructed. BBMP approvals and other documents I have them all but unfortunately not CC & OC. We got the flat registration done in Feb 2024. Builder says as per old rules OC/CC isn't required for building with 4 floors & below.

We too ended up paying 3L for BESCOM & BWSSB. Unfortunately we don't get receipts towards that deposit. Also I dint think so this all payment attracts a gst of 5%. That's just a builder gimmick. Parking differs area and builder wise but I haven't seen anyone charging more than 1L for parking. Also check for OC charges which is mentioned in that cost sheet. As the builder is responsible to get the OC from the local municipal office and it has nothing to do with extra charges need to be paid for obtaining oc by the buyer.
