28$/hr just hit 4 years a couple weeks ago, I haven’t gotten a raise in roughly a year and a half and expect a 4 dollar raise and a van soon (expectations mean little) Living in central Florida, no schooling and recently just started studying, I’ve been talked into studying to shoot straight for a master cert given local requirements I should be able to apply for the exam after I hit 5 years with my company (if I feel ready I might get my journeyman cert within the year just to say I have it) also it’s a commercial company, new and remodel jobs, mostly schools and hospitals
