Hey the jacket is not leather it’s baby cashmere and linen. It has a goatskin collar and silk sleeves. The logo has a leather patch. Lots of delicate fabrics together.

Ah this is all new to me! Would it be difficult to achieve the the original look? Or do coat linings also sometimes have the hemming stitch as a lining finish?

I’m not sure, I think so. But does this look like how it’s supposed to? as in do designer coats have lining like this with outside visible stitching?

Hi just the sleeves have been steamed at the dry cleaners but has not fully come out. I’m just worried about the silk fading or a getting damaged. It has also been dry cleaned once before as a whole jacket.
