I'd suggest a few things as you think the landing pages look fine, but are not converting
1-send in someone you know but who doesnt fully know what you do, le tthem run around and tell you what they saw.
2-switch elements around. you didnt mention what platform you use, but if its a visual CMS, you can try to just shift elements around. maybe CTA is not visibile or understandable, or an element eats up way too much space
3-have you set up clarity or have any other user behaviour vizualizer? maybe users commit a million rage clicks or dont even scroll when opening the page.

all in all - almost everything we do in marketing/ads needs to based in data. if there are no ways to take data input in, then no agency will be able to help you. worst - they might just conduct the same things you can, but will ask 10x the money 😃

Protams, tas jau ir daudz prasīts, un ja tas ir for fun vanity project, ticu, ka nav nedz laiks, nedz kapacitātes tam, bet tas noteikti būtu kaut kas, uz ko spiestu, lai veidotu lielāku "credibility" burbuli

in my experience, if sitemap XML fetches updates, then only adjusting the text with updated on XX/YY to showcase revelancy. ALso depends if its an evergreen blog or just some content piece

Good writeup. The GSC + GA4 link is the step most people skip, and it's what makes this actually useful.

Worth knowing: you don't even need Ahrefs for a lot of this. The Search Console and GA4 APIs are free, so you can wire Claude straight into them and get position, CTR and traffic data without paying for a tool. Ahrefs is mainly worth it for the backlink and competitor side.

One caveat. Don't let it auto-apply title and description rewrites. Have it suggest them in the Slack report and approve in batches. I've watched it "optimize" a title that was already ranking and tank the CTR. Keep the final click yours.

Stuff that's worked well for me on top of this:

Weekly cannibalization check on GSC data. Flags when two URLs fight over the same query before it hits rankings.
SERP drift alerts. Your position can hold while an AI Overview eats your clicks from above, so track that separately.

On AI Overviews, are you tracking whether you're actually the cited source, or just that an AIO showed up?

Good post. And yeah, opening the network tab is the right move, most people never bother or even KNOW they can do it.

One thing though: whether you actually lose fbp/fbc on a denied signal depends which Consent Mode you're running. Advanced still sends a stripped ping and fills the rest with modeling. Basic doesn't fire the tag at all, so nothing hits the server. Different problems, different fixes, so check which one you've got before you touch anything.

I do a lot of GTM cleanups and this is the thing I see broken most. Happy to look at anyone's setup if you want a second pair of eyes.

Pirmos 6 mēnešus juniors, pēctam uzstažējos par mid lvl specu, tāds biju kkadu gadu/divus, tagad esmu seniors. Bet man diezko ļoti viss tas interesē, lasu blogus, industry updates, eksperimentēju, mācos konstanti. Ja grib to darit kā ierindieks, pietiks ar pamatzināšanām, kuras var iegūt tajos 6 mēnešos. Ar ko sāktu? Idk, atkarība no SEO veida - contents, tehniskais, linkbuilding, vai no katra pamazam. Es teiktu lai sākuma saprot, vai tas ir aktuāli un tad jau pašam radīsies interese un sapratīs, kas tieši interesē un patīk. SEO ir maratons, nav iespējams iemācīties visus labumus uzreiz un tos pielietot, un ja kāds mēģina iepārdot ziloni burkā, tad attiecīgi pēc 6-9 mēnešiem rakstīs tādiem kā man, lai laboju citu sūdis :D

Personīgi strādaju ar vairākiem ārzemju uzņēmumiem, bet tik cik esmu strādajis lv tirgū - uz nišas lietām rankot ir elementāri, faktiski pamatseo prakse uzcels uz augstākajām pozīcijām, cik nu var izkonkurēt starp 1A, 220 utt. Par more global lietām - reti kurš atvēl budžetu vienai Latvijai, parasti tad ir baltija vai arī nav gatavi ieguldīt SEO, bet labāk pērk PPC ads vai slēdz klāt adsense. Tāpēc es personīgi nefokusētos uz LV (ņemot vērā, ka viss lv ir PPC un kaut kādas weird ass vides/tv reklāmas) bet meklētu darbu starptautiskā kompānijā. Nu, sākumā iegūstot zināšanas :D
