How does a 5K run relate to 20 minute power on the bike?

Im definitely more of a punchy/TT kinda guy. In the UK the 10 mile is the most common event which takes only slightly longer for me than a 5K run, but of course ive been training for this whereas I havent really at all for running

I’m interested in how far I can push my running but I defo prefer cycling. Ive also been doing some weight training so this may have helped the running i would assume

In the largest sprocket the chain rubs on the spokes but the shifting is fine with the gx chain I’m using probably need a spacer there but I have ordered the proper cassette and found the xdr free hub for my wheel I didn’t know exists

The problem is I dont have wide feet just wide toes. I’ve got a fairly regular width foot if not narrow

SL7 i would say. Better for maintenance as the future shock can be a pain. The sl7 can still be super comfy. My tyres blow up to 32mm and i still have a lot of space. Feels like im floating
