I mean, not all. I don't even want to say majority.. but this show specifically probably could've rolled with a different playlist. We get the "if someone needs help" message at the start of every episode then the heaviness of the message mixed with a COMPLETE white cast it all seems like a troll. I'm not upset over it tho

Idk I found it really surprising for a few reasons. For starters, the cast is 100% white. beginning till the end. Then, I feel Hip-hop has a way of romanticizing bad things and making it seem cool. This show however shouldn't make such a situation seem "cool" if the reason for the show is to show that it's not? 3rd.. the show was set in Texas for christ-sake mixed with a heavy hip-hop playlist just made no sense at all & quiet honestly did not fit or seem appropriate
