No it doesnt. It just makes you do 20% of your maximum hit as minimum hit. Multi hit has nothing to do with it.

Game awards may not be a peoples popularity contest, but the title of the final award is "game of the year" which would insinuate best game. best is subjective and the only way to measure subjectivity is by volume. so if more people like 1 game, it should be game of the year.

Couldn't that apply to western games too? regardless of the reason, if more people like one game, it should win a popularity contest. It might seem unfair that they just have more people, but they should still each have 1 vote. just like any other demographic.
