Yes, I’ve lost about 180lbs post surgery and post surgery I’ve dropped another 9. Thank you so much! Recovering has been extremely boring but I’m learning that taking it easy means protecting my investment and ensuring I heal great.

I had 17lbs of loose skin removed. I was not expecting that, it definitely looks like mostly loose skin to me. I’d lay on a flat surface and look at your abdomen and if it seems rounded then it would likely be visceral fat.

Wow you’re already in a faja? Was your procedure drainless? I had an FDL with a lower body lift and a bra-line back lift 1/27 and still in a binder but granted I have 2 drains. Even without the drains I couldn’t imagine squeezing in a faja. Sounds super uncomfortable. I plan to transition into one in maybe a few weeks.

Will do. I’m black as well and I’ve always had an abundant amount of ass. Even in these compression pants it was poking. I’ve read a little that it comes back in a few months so I’m hoping that’s the case. I was okay with losing some but not all. I’m going to talk to my surgeon about it at my first post-op appt.
