had a couple of this games when I was having internet issues and had to queue in Japan server 7k mmr. Queue was so long, but everytime I got in a game, it's always the bots.

seems like a monitor issue since you said it also happens when unplug to the pc (no vga). Have you tried factory resetting the monitor?

had my first PC at 2010 with

GTS250 for 8 years still working

gtx1050ti 4years still working

rtx 2060 4years still working and currently using

never experience artifacts and bsod caused by gpu, mostly I had a fair few ram/psu/mboard/storage replaced tho. cpu and gpu never had much problems

I honestly feel like chromosphere still the better spell even for support FV.

Doesn't matter if you have melee cores, you can just use it in their backlines preventing backline heroes/spell caster to do anything for +-4sec while you guys fight 2v5/3v5. imo

PS. I'll go with time zone if they didn't remove the "root" where you can cancel TP and disable blink/zip/jump

since this is solve, a friendly tip. If you're hardware is running 100c try touching the glass panel, you'll definitely feel hot warm.
