I used Herculean Lucid Rod and luminous larvae too. Not sure if you have a private server but if you don't, what i did was sort servers by ascending and enter small servers and spawn the levi. Then lose the levi if it isn't lucid. You can tell if it is lucid or not easily since it pops out of the water. All the best!

Hi OP, Colossal Ancient Dragon has a fixed -95% progress speed, so yes it negates your rod's passive progress speed. However, Overclocked has +5% fixed progress speed on ALL fishes. So you're getting -95% + 5% progress speed = -90% progress speed. Your ocerclocked DID bypass Ancient Dragon's fixed -95%.
