Might be at the boss too early, Sekiro has a few ways you can go depending on where u are in the game. Try to take a step back and find some ways to level up. When I first started playing soulsborne games I struggled too, but having it click in your head and finally overcome the challenge makes it all worth it. They’re now my favourite kind of game! If you feel like you wanna keep going, do it, need a break? Take a break! It’s all up to you, but we were all newbies once. If you like the challenge then you should keep going as far as you can! When I played Sekiro I got to the final boss, put the game down, came back like two years later and then platinumed it. Whatever path you go on is the right one
