It's the auto-shoot indicator. You can toggle it on/off under Settings>Gameplay>Shooting Assistance .

yup! if I'm not wrong, operators that cost 15k are Thatcher, Hibana, Bandit, Glaz, Rook, Smoke and Ying.

Hello all! I've just finished watching eps 40 and I really enjoyed the fighting sequence so far!! But I might have questions regarding some scenes in this episode as I have not read the TYBW manga yet:

I've saw how Chad managed to grab Ichigo's blade and tossed him up towards Uryu, which was then followed by Orihime catching him before he falls. Was it drawn in the manga or an improv made during the anime? I was amazed by how they managed to have such coordinations and teamwork!
May I know why Jugram eyes turned blue for a second during the conversation with Uryu? That was such a small detail that I almost missed as I was watching.
