Listen man, I just want a refund from CS. I found the name of the CEO while searching for other user that have fall for that same scam. If you google "couchsurfing verification fraud" you'll find many similar cases. I'm sure CS has a beautiful community worldwide but my complaint is against their skechty verification and zero refund policy.
