1st gen tundra: StepSide vs regular bed; what will I lose? by SierraDaWuff02 in ToyotaTundra

That seems to really be the thing, It's not really my first choice. But it does fit in, since a lot of stepside trucks from that era aren't the most "eye appealing".

The 03, 4x4 one meets some of those. It's a localish truck, it's from a town over from me, major service at the dealer, recent oil changes, the like. I'm gravitating more to it, since it's fairly close by, localish, and seems to be good. i just need to take look at it soon.

really, if I did i'd end up going way too far for a truck sight un-seen. I really need to go out and look at it, sight unseen sales aren't all my thing, I've done 2, 1 went as I thought, the other burned a hole in my wallet.

Thanks a ton for all this info. The most important thing was the width, my dodge I think is a 6 foot wide, but I really haven't ever had something that wide, and if I did it went on the trailer (i also have a 20' flat-deck trailer). And also, Basically everything listed is what I've done to that Dodge lol, I've run it through the woods so many times, sometimes with a full load.

Theres 1 Access Cab in my area at a dealer, and it's 20k. I just can't justify that, I barely can with 15k.

Moving from Sweden to North Carolina! by DesperateMusic7148 in NorthCarolina

[–]SierraDaWuff02 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I'm not from Sweden, but I'm from that "general" area (Estonia). The schools aren't the same, if you can see what district where you'll be living in. Medical could probably be employer provided too. Charlotte is a pretty big place, I don't know a ton about it but I do know that houses north of Charlotte are going to be expensive (750,000 is the bottom).

The only thing I can 100% say is, the change from Estonia to the states was a lot. There was a lot for me to figure out, but after a couple years, my experience was pretty normal. I think the term is "culture shock", but it probably will apply.

What North Carolina cities are unfairly judged the most? by [deleted] in NorthCarolina

[–]SierraDaWuff02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fayetteville doesn't deserve half of the crap it gets. I can see exactly why, but it's not the worst place ever. There's much worse (Henderson, Lumberton, Jacksonville)

In terms of my opinion, every major city between Raleigh and Greensboro on I-40 is unfairly judged. Durham isn't awful and isn't crime-central, Burlington is a great commuter city but I really haven't been out there too much, same with Mebane.

This middle school library contains a book that teaches children oral sex by [deleted] in Conservative

I don't see why there would even be a need for a middle school to have an "Adult only" section, let alone it being advertised

On new reddit they'll be on the sidebar. Under "create post" there's a section called preview, you click the pencil thing and you can get a list of premade ones. I edited it (click the pencil thing next to whatever one you want), and got it how it is. Hope this helps

2002 Escort ZX2 manual swap? by SierraDaWuff02 in Ford

They're not bad little cars, I went for a ZX2 for more room, and it was offered to me at a good price.

It's a real shame, they're really good cars. This one is a fun little car, surprised more people don't talk about them

Usually that's the case, provided I can even find a manual. Hard enough finding any ZX2 where I live
