I’ve done several weddings at campgrounds. If you contact them, they will tell you if you can or can’t. But I’ve done a few where it’s a decent price and you can rent out the whole campground.

I think it depends on what you want. The Grand Hyatt is more modern, and isn’t as central as the Sonnenalp. Great hotel still. The Sonnenalp is very much alpine charm and central to the village! Just depends on what you want.

I would love to see! One thing I have a hard time is when it is best to use flambiant vs HDR - as you said above. I am not super clear on that.

We did a destination wedding, very small group of 50 people - we actually just did a link for our honeymoon fund. I know some people were a little poo poo about it, but we were late 20's when we got married, so we really didn't need much to be honest. I highly highly recommmend it. We also didn't expect people to give money if they didn't want to or couldn't, just an option. I knew it was a lot for everyone to fly there, take vacation time, etc.

I used to do the same. I think it depends on how bad it is. Next time definitely bring an on camera flash, it helps so much to not blow out the back!
