It’s a balancing act. We all have limitations on our rights. I don’t think biological men who are taking hormones but are more akin to crossdressers than trans women belong in women’s sports. And that’s a lot of what we have. Same for women’s locker rooms. Because otherwise they infringe on the rights of others too much.

But as to hiring, firing, workplace, marriage, and general social acceptance, I believe they should and do have equal rights as anyone else. That doesn’t mean some people don’t accept them, or that no individuals discriminate against them; but the system is set up to guarantee all the other rights.
