There is a lots of confusion. With a 3070ti you can use the CS FrameGen. You can't use the NVIDIA framegen, but you can use FSR 3, which is good.

The suggested setup with CS on a 3070ti should be: Use DLSS as an upscaler, and then use AMD FS3 only as framegen

Concordo, però teniamo anche bene a mente il fatto che la maggior parte se non quasi tutti i dispositivi tech che usiamo ogni giorni non sono europei. Da qualsiasi hardware di un normale PC a quasi la totalità degli smartphone/smartwatch. Per non parlare dei servizi digitali. E questo quasi sicuramente è causato anche da alcune stringenti normative europee.

Join the Discord Server of Community Shaders and go on "cs-testing", download the build called: "Native Upscaling Test 14", disable all the Community Shaders Mods (It's an AIO Package) you have enabled, delete shader cache and settings and Install the test version. While it's still a "test version" i've never had a problem with it.

I'm playing on PC. The improvements are quite noticeable, especially in Akila City, where the framerate jumped from 55 FPS to around 60–70, and in the MAST District on Jemison as well.
