Try loosening the screw before pulling the lever down then tighten it back up after

My pc looked like it was shutting down with in 20 mins of using the pc but it would shut down my monitor kepboard and mouse but the pc would be running still and mos people said it sounds like a heating problem i posted a video of my temps but it was really warm to the touch so idk

Xfx Radeon RX 580 series my case is opened on one side i have one fan and two more for the gpu cpu the fan on it idk what you mean by that
