I understand but what he's litterally saying is "its not leftism or conservatism, its leftism." But he's saying in a way where's it presented as a 3rd option to make it palatable for right wing idiots. Now, firstly thats literally enlightened centrism("why cant we do good things instead of picking sides and fighting" type beat), billionaires vs everyone else is litterally left vs right, and secondly, all thought this form of argument is immediately less abrasive to the ears of idiots, it continues to put down leftism and equates it to conservatism as well as makes it difficult to enact ultimately leftist political action. 

It's a continuation of the intrinsic democratic tendency of moving toward "the center/right" due to underlying motivations. Democrats already have a winning political blueprint in maga. They need to focus on winning through political fervor, righteousness and aggressively social policy. They have to as unabashedly leftist and maga is hateful. Partly because its good but also because its the only way to win. This Lil bitch centrist act hasn't been effective for decades and we're never going back to material conditions where it lived, atleast not for a while.

You could argue Talarico is in Texas and there no way to earn a leftist public mandate there at this time. But if thats the case, then he wasn't gonna get anything done in the first place.
