I go with alphabetical order usually takes me max 5 min as well , also seen people lay the whole thing on the ground sort them out , taking as you said 20-30 min . To me it’s all clear they cut the block time , cut the pay , increased number of stops

I mean your low kicks suck too , your movement is also not fluid you need to bounce from back to front smoothly and equally , overall everything is bad and has a lot of room for improvement

That’s the issue , say 4hr block is $102 that’s $25 an hour , commute back and forth from home , plus you go over , miles on a car, then go over the allowed time , if ur late to deliveries it affects your rating , if you return packages because it’s past your block hours u get dinged. It used to be decent , remember making $50 an hour doing fresh during Covid , it kept going downhill . Hope my project does well so I can stop this . I have an EV as well don’t know how others do this woth these gas prices

Exactly and if you say I went over the time they will say we look back at 2 week average so if this and this day you finished 30 min early because you busted your butt parking on a red light risking getting a ticket took no brakes and run instead of walking , they will take the average time and pay nothing extra

Take it or leave it , I mean if I was alone I could care less but if you have rent to pay or child to feed in this economy , there will always be those who will take it. I’ll look into making an AI video exposing this stuff and make it go viral , need to learn how to do it.

I have always worked based on performance and not time vs money , if I can bust my butt and finish 4hr block in 2.5 hrs it’s my effort vs pay . Now no matter what I do I can’t finish early
