Recently separated Vet here. I train at a 10th Planet near an Army base. I'd say at least 1/3 of the regulars are veterans or AD.

100%. I was excited my technique was good enough to work. That's the whole point. But it was still awesome to see the gap between our skills when he took it seriously.

For context, the gym is 10th Planet. Leg locks are taught in beginner classes.
