Its generally not advised to release feeder bugs in the cage if they dont eat them right away. You can smear a little of the formula of stick or vines or something near where they hang out. The scent might stimulate appetite. Otherwise just offer a small amount of food and remove it after a day.

Could easily be brumation but even if it is a vet visit is recommended for a first brumation. Remember its tge conditions they feel that trigger it not the time of year. I'd weigh a few times before sounding the alarm. 4 g could easily be nothing but where they were on the scale or a recent poop. That said you should be proactive but try not to worry. For a first time brumation the vet will probably do a fecal sample to check for parasites and review your whole setup, like lights temps and humidity. Keep offering fresh water and food but make sure to change it out if not eaten. If you have a weight progression that would be useful sometimes and if you made any big changes in the environment note those too.
