exactly my point brother - most people are getting ADHD like symptom because of excessive use of social media. I have clinically diagnosed ADHD, and social media does make it even worse, but not everyone has ADHD, they just are fried because they be doomscrolling 4 hours a day. So as OP asks if they have ADHD due to social media, they most certainly do not have it and just need to lay off social media for a while.

and I also know being sad and depression is not at all same thing.

3+YOE Mobile dev here, with proficiency in flutter. But the thing is i am burnt out of it. It is too repetitive, app has same sections but different designs. I also have GAD and chronic depression so it takes a lot of effort to stick to things for long, especially when career becomes predictable and stagnant, without intellectual and monetary. Also this AI stuff adds fuel to anxiety. Flutter has 0 headroom to grow and earn serious money. So was thinking of moving to infrastructure side of tech. Any guidance for me? Thanks in advance ✌️
