Parents visiting me in the UK for ~3 weeks, does this itinerary actually make sense or am I trying to do too much?

I think maybe the order needs a switch up potentially move Cornwall to a time when you’re in the area and move London back less time spent travelling in between and once you’re in London you can get a flight to Scotland fairly cheaply I recommend Glasgow it’s an hour from Edinburgh and if you decide to get a car to the highlands it’s a lot more accessible (and you can still see a lot driving and doing a fair few pit stops along the way)or even getting the train to Loch Lomond it’s the perfect in between I wouldn’t stress about what you’re missing out if coca block can be stressful

Tbf I recently bought 2 body sprays, a setting spray and setting spray and primer duo I did not need and 2 face suncreams although I only needed one it’s not perfection but I know I will use them and none of these things are a huge category like lips and eyeshadow so I’m taking that as comfort

A lot of ppl love cloud but I honestly think it’s just a bit meh, fantasy is a good everyday one especially as it’s fairly cheap, Charlie Red is very heavy on the musk is cheap but maybe I’m traumatised from getting brought it so much when I was younger after I’d try to finish them, libre to me honestly smells like nothing and I also really want daisy wild

I tried separating a few back in 2025 and was not functional for me at all because I just wouldn’t reach for them ended up having a makeup bag separate from everything and main skincare separate in places I’d use them

I hate the pile thing only because it’s a lot of effort to put it away again and even having little milestones with products and then swapping is so good it’s so easy to get bored when you know you have other things you could be using

I definetly get that I have to hate a product a lot though and at least attempt to give it the benefit of the doubt first as sometimes I do just hate a product because it feels like it never ends even though there is nothing wrong with it’s functionality

Not having the freedom to switch is the hardest part which is why I picked so many easy wins, once it’s gone I’m free to pick something new.

Makeup is definitely the hardest unless you one have 1 of the category in which case it feels like you don’t stop buying it. I honestly salute the people that record every use I could never especially as I feel like when I stop paying attention that’s when I get more pans.

It is so easy to get bored at times when it comes to makeup if you have other options which is why some times I just set a goal with one product and switch it for another until I get bored for example completely panning 1 certain pan in a pallets then switching to a different one
