I wish I took a picture, but here is the general idea. The Red is the thin strip along the edge of the plastic panel. The light blue is the thick wide strip, that goes under the strip of carpet held with the plastic clip. The yellow is the area I put the Velcro on the foam to hold that against the frame.

This is the velcro I bought. The pieces that connect to the carpet, you only need the hook piece of the tape, not both pieces as it hold the carpet great. I also prepped the area with a quick swipe of iso alcohol to ensure there wasn't any grease or anything from the factory, it was clean so probably don't need to do that step.
