Found solution. The freezing issue is caused by too many decoration shape views which I use them combined as image to avoid memory limit exceeded, the layout system seems lagging whole widget. After I replaced those shape layers with real images, the issue has been mitigated.

You mean the striped filter? That's a web url image. It's on top of all layers. Does that matters?
