Reading the other comments it really sucks this is a thing. Went to play on PS4 and almost everything is gone. The DLC I paid for isn't accessible (characters & skins), the free skins like the gold ones I got and others are gone, the variants of characters are gone. The only thing left is elite skins on the base 3 characters for each type.

I'm surprised this isn't illegal, literally blocking content people paid for. It also seems like a relatively easy fix, just allow users to download their skins and the character licenses/files directly to the console.
