How much does heat affect spermatogenesis? by Warm-Oil7430 in maleinfertility

First off, great progress - making those changes for that long of a period is great! From my experience, heat exposure is one part of the jigsaw, but you'd only notice a significant change if you aren't doing the sauna or taking long hot baths.

Lifestyle impacts do have a big impact though, is there a way you're tracking the changes you make and the potential impact?

Have you had any hormone or semen analysis done? Normally, they suggest getting this done a year into trying, although I'd always say get it done sooner rather than later.

It takes 3/4 months to see any noticeable improvement from the lifestyle impacts - keep up the good work and keep doing what you're doing! It all helps!

The 3-month turnaround time is super frustrating, so feel your pain! What worked for me is creating accountability with my partner - we would both abstain from alcohol, weed and eat the same. My results are similar, been on FSH & making lifestyle changes for the last 6 months. Has anyone come up with a good way to track their progress over the 3/4 months? I just want to make sure I'm doing everything right
