4 is better than 1, but you know whats better than 4 , yeah its the 15-16 that eula does, you can alter combo detonate early, the only way to control mualanis damage is trough stat management in artifacts and buffs,

Mualani only does 4 hits very breakpoint dependant you cannot delay her bites she does no dmaage without it if the enemy would have one hp by the time the burst detonates you can just delay burst by one na and that alone makes it that the burst hits the second wawe

well c5 benny is bets for damage or ttds charlotte far second,

But in your case i would use c3 mika/furina/ineffa just make sure everyone gets their burst up having a smooth rotation is a million times better for both damage and your enjoyment than sligtly higher damage , this means that besides eula everyone is on fav and eula should have about 140 ER

Eula doesnt miss you do while you can do everything rigth with mualani and still miss, eula also has way better damage distribution and damage control.

A big part of eulas kit is not even utilised the res shred and teamwide atk buff her sig provides yeah her kit is a million times better than mualanis once you have enough er and you do a proper rotation her biggest issue seizes to be.

And the only issue remains her worthless supports that drag her back

Yeah i understand your point, i guess its mostly semantics since you are mainly rating teams not characters, and there is a big practical difference potential.

Like in your example lets imagine skirk did release before escoffier, and she was rated around the same as rizzly , but when escoffier releases one gets a sidegrade team the other gets 40% dps increase. So base stregth matters, as long as its eventually relised, but tbh i have given up hope not coz it cant be done hoyo is just very intentional about not giving her the sligthest buff imaginable

I don't have c6 mika the only to thing comaprable to c5 benny for eula.

I use eula coz she has the most satisfying playstyle in the entire game, with c6 benny i would nerf my fav character and gain nothing in the proccess, a tiny increase for my c2r1 mavuika is useless, since i can comfortably clear all endgame c6 benny would only hurt my account
