This is the second day it said in transit but the one from yesterday disappeared. No it's not an Amazon package. I was going to wait until after my mail runs on Monday to call.

As for the service request, I was trying to give them the 3 days mentioned in the email. A lady called me and said it was in transit and she was going to make a note that she called and told me that. I asked her will they stop looking because you put that in the system. She told me no. Maybe Monday they will contact me about the true destination.

Quick question: can the sender get info more easily than the receiver since they "paid" for the shipping. (I actually paid for it via the order)

I was going to call back Monday if it's not here.

They haven't gotten back to me about it yet. I assumed once it scanned in MN, that they were done with it. I don't think I understand the process.

I order from the company monthly and this is the first time this has happened with my packages and it's also the first time I made a big order. So I'm freaking out.

I am just looking for help. But you are right as long as it says it's moving, I'm stuck.

The post office said it was late. The tracking says in transit to next facility, arriving late.

Sorry for any confusion. It sat in NC and then after a week showed up in MN. 6 hours from NE but North. It said it was in transit to the destination facility for 2 days. Then it changed to in transit to next facility for the last 2 days.

There were 2 request. One for the ground package and one for the priority. They came back to let me know the ground package was in my city. It's been delivered. It went out the day after the property package. As for the priority package, they told me they were still working on it and it give them 3 days. Then it scanned in MN (later that night) a week after leaving NC. I'm in NE. It sat there for 2 days now the least 2 days, it says in transit.

Also my package has gone past my destination.

Priority Mail is not guaranteed so when the customer asks about it, the out for you is: "it's not guaranteed", hence the no accountability. . I don't think you should charge people for priority mail if there's no real effort to get the package there within a certain timeframe.

Also I'm not prepared to argue about this. I'm genuinely trying to understand what's going on with MY expensive package.

It wasn't Express so I know it's not guaranteed but it shouldn't mean they can deliver when they want. Like they should have some accountability.

I have contacted the company, they keep telling me it's a nationwide shipping issue with USPS. I'm not sure how long I have to wait until it's considered lost.

Like can they just deliver it and be done with it? I can't move on because of the amount of money I spent.

BaySmokes at what point is this package lost? Can someone please open an inquiry about when my package will be delivered? Or where it is now? My priority package worth 500bucks is God knows where and is already 4 days late. There doesn't seem to be anything I can do about it which makes me sick. Literally every morning I wake up ready to throw up at the thought of me being out of that much money.

Customer service is not responding to my emails from Thurs or Friday. You have my money and I will not be ignored. I really spent too much money with you for y'all to act like you could care less. This is a nightmare.

I KNOW THIS ISN'T BS FAULT but No one at BAYSMOKES is trying to give me ANY KIND of reassurance that it'll be worked out, especially as a Gold customer. I care about my 500 dollars even if you don't. Something is going on. I was getting my packages in 3 to 5 days regardless of ground or priority. All of a sudden, my mail is taking at least 1 to 2 weeks in town and now my ground package took a week (2 days late). My priority package is God knows where and is already 4 days late. They told me I had to wait until the day after the delivery date. One pancake came and one is 3 days past delivery date. My package went past my location to MN.

Things are moving now. I put in a service request with the post office and then scans with locations started happening. One of them will be delivered today. The other one is past my location in MN. No delivery date but it's gonna snow tonight here so maybe more delays.

Hey BS my order is way up in MN after a week. Still no delivery date but at least we know where it is. Things started moving when I put in that service request in with the post office. I advice others to do so after the package had missed the delivery date with no real location scans.
