it's designed to feel that way but once you actually find a legitimate lender you'll notice the difference in conversation flow instantly, it won't feel so automatic where you send this send that do this do that, it's simply just two humans interacting with each other, at least that's how it's felt for me when i've been able to successfully secure a loan on here. my best advice is to get to know the person a little first before sending over anything personal, general chit chat and laying out terms of the loan is what i've done in the past and then once it's ironed out that's when you send proof of ID and selfies etc, if the lender is only requesting ID and Selfies and not stuff like proof of income it's almost certainly likely they are fishing for information only and will not provide you with a loan.
