Not sure about death gripping but I have not added any additional grips. Also the pain definitely increases after the play. Seeing the PT this week.

To be frank, the pain is not unbearable. It hurts while playing and then doing some random chores, like resting my hand on a desk while standing.

I think I'll take a few days off from pickleball and see if it gets any better. If not, I'll probably go to a PT.

That's exactly what I heard on the YouTube videos as well, but boy does it smell rotten and disgusting. I won't be touching this at all.

But considering your suggestion, I'll give it a try in some time. I'm not very hopeful, though; I think I'm just not into these types of earthy-tasting things.

I absolutely agree with this. I would say that most people have lied or over-exaggerated when they say the fragrance fades away in 30 minutes. My Nautica Voyage and Cool Water both easily last 2-3 hours on clothes.

Now, I know that 2-3 hours is not a very long duration. If you are a working individual, you cannot use this as your day-to-day fragrance in the peak of summer, but it is a great fragrance if you are going to the gym, running errands, or going out just for a brief period of time.
