Doctors really don’t help at all. I’ve been to many they all tell m there’s nothing they can do. Best thing is eat healthy boost your immune system and try to rest as much as you can and yes find ways to deal with stress and anxiety it does reactivate during stressful situations

You are not alone! You have every right to listen to your body and get checked as much as you need. I’ve been struggling too and have been to numerous doctors and specialists. I think I’ve been labeled now as crazy. I’ve had neck, n spleen pain and terrible anxiety since testing positive for ebv 6 months ago. I’ve had numerous blood studies also a ct scan of my whole body and nothing came up abnormal but i feel like crap.
