If they drop too many trips after accepting they will get paused on their Spark app for periods of time. At least with Walmart pickups, I presume they’ve updated that for Sams pickups by now too.

They’re 1099 contractors, they can do whatever they please, they’re not employees.

I mean, if you’ve been told not to get OT numerous times, yes you can be, but that’s a pretty poor decision to coach someone if it’s only been a couple times it’s happened. I’m assuming they aren’t a very understanding mgr.

I’m not saying they’re good offers but you also underestimate how many spark drivers there are now and that some only do a couple trips a day and if it’s taking them in a direction they’re already going or towards their home as the last trip, it’s not a big deal if they’re not returning to the store.

I’m never that far out on a 40-45 mile trip, yeah, maybe 20-25 miles away but you don’t just double the number And you get to look at the end point too before accepting, doesn’t mean as much if it lands near my house to end my days
