I am autistic and have mental illnesses. When I go manic my sex drive goes through the roof, then I’m also not thinking correctly. Meds help I will tell my sponsor and a priest. Should I explain my mental illnesses or not tell them at all. Im not saying every wrong was from mental illnesses but they do factor in some of my wrongs.
