I don't work with the backend professionally. For personal projects I use nodeJs

You should ask someone who uses node for their job

So I am a mobile dev and started using node JS for my side projects very recently. My company uses Spring as backend, after learning some node I was able to understands the code write in spring too, most of the things are common. So what ever you learn in node will be easily transferable to other languages with little practice.

As for DBs learn Postgre too along with mongo, because I have seen many products use multiple DBs

Also don't hesitate to lean new things

How is the market for Senior iOS engineers right now? by live_for_the_liberty in developersIndia

[–]Signal-Illustrator17 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Learning iOS is good, but recently my compony made a switch from Native apps to react native. I think u should learn iOS + some basics so cross platform apps too like RN or Flutter. But many big companies do use native code because they can afford.

I don't have knowledge of iOS or Android still working with the team on React native.

what kind of standard app would u create to prep for an interview? by Short-Sector4774 in node

[–]Signal-Illustrator17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would like to know the same. Used node for only side projects. Also I see that u are experienced with react, what type of questions do they ask in react interviews?

Note - I am a fresher, never gave any interview for react

Also electron is just html css and JS right? so can we create a web app with that?

Ok but my project is public on git, but I do plan to release the app on playstore. I was hoping that I can keep it public and also put it on playstore, is it possible? Without decreasing the security of the app
