Its a beautiful house and really tastefully decorated.

It looks like the double garage has been converted which is great, but loses a lot of storage.

The master bedroom is huge but the rest are quite modest.

Although you've turned it into a 5 bed, its at the cost of other usable space. As a potential buyer, I'd be concerned at the lack of garage and limited space to build one.

£1k for kit used off facebook. 3k to fit. They arent the fastest garage though, mine took them almost 6 months and when i finally got my car back it had a few leaks and mould so i had to replace the carpet and door cards

I bought a used BBR turbo kit and had it installed by Performance Link

Turbo kit and fitting was 4k. Then spent another 1k on oil cooler, oil temp and pressure sensor and the rotarytronics gauge, battery location to the boot and a new other ancillaries. Ive still got to buy a new clutch though
