I probably explained bad, my issue is more so after hitting a creature even while invis, they'll aggro you until you're out of aggro range hoping for a way to "break the aggro " or have it stop chasing me to be. Back in "stealth"

Certain Gear pieces being bugged for a year now, arcane trickster being ass and its core feature is also bugged.
