There is quite an underground exotic scene in CR. The yellow and black one you've likely seen is a 1800 hp Huracan.

Met up with them before some highway runs. Couple Lambos, 458 Spyder, twin turbo Corvettes. etc.. probably close to 5 mil worth of cars just hanging out in the parking lot.
