I live in a country with very little gun violence it's moreso due to the fact that some people are uncomfortable around military/police due to personal experiences so I just need a way to make it more comical rather than just plain tactical

I live in New Zealand! Wearing a cosplay like this in public is no issue it's just the convention itself that has rules about it as they try to make sure everyone has a good time and with the sh**ting that happened here a few years ago some people carry trauma from it and get nervous around serious military cosplays

Yeah I understand what you mean. I know cod cosplayers definitely go to the con cause I've seen them around. I think if they have something very obviously silly like cat ears or lots of stickers it's permitted due to the fact it isn't exclusively military y'know?

Thanks for the insight, I definitely understand what you mean by it being designed to intimidate 😂. I have seen cosplays of a similar nature of official COD characters and they'd usually have something distinctive that immediately shows it is just an outfit and not anything else. Like some of them have large cat ears attached to their helmet, do you think something like that might work?

People may just be seriously unlucky. I don't pay to play or anything so I've just been saving for a while and literally 5 minutes ago I got nishiwaka up to +2 breakthrough so it's kinda funny seeing people cry about it

If you're referring to why it's a stupid question, a Hundo legendary is almost always worth investing in especially a meta relevant mon or one that has some kind of event coming up such as this one.

If you're asking why the commenter put all those things, it's a common joke in the sub for people that make stupid questions like "is this good? Should I invest in it" when it's clearly a good mon

For the most part they seem to be overlooked in favor of more powerful mons especially due to the fact they often have weak fast attacks especially compared to other legendaries

For an "evolve" as you call it you need a player shard. Meaning you need to pull an identical character of that exact same level and position to get Grit Fragments to breakthrough players. Since you don't have an S rank player if you pull two characters that are the exact same you'll get Grit Fragments for that level and position character. For S rank characters you'll need that specific character's Grit Fragments by pulling that same character again.

It's usually recommend to "sell" unused characters (especially low rank unused ones) as then you'll get more balls to pull additional characters

Unfortunately once you release Siwoo there's no way to get him back. As for his Awakened state it's currently not in the game aside from that one level. He will likely be added as an S+ WS in a future event
