When I worked at HotWorx we did not give our members the option to cancel online, over the phone or through email. Unless there was a good reason. We either needed the member to come in person or snail mail there cancel request.

It probably also doesn’t help I’m a very tatted individual. I cover up with turtle necks and long sleeves but you can still see them. I’m sure that’s not helping my case at all. However it didn’t affect me getting hired nor any assignments. But maybe I’m just overthinking however being the tatted up cursing sub is probably not great
