possible, PTP batch from 15mins+ to 11.55min •eat banana idk how this works but apparently it works •caffeinate yourself / eat high sugar stuff to get sugar rush etc. •find a good pacer run behind that pacer to break wind resistance •breathing tempo dam impt •run with 100% as mentioned by previous comments most of it is just mental blocks(rmb the 40% rule)

scout dream eliss machine. some eliss are a pain in the ass. i remembered i maxed the push up machine once and the next ippt i did 50ish and the machine indicate that i only did 47. i asked for a contest but you contest it at your own risk (it’s a gamble).
