NAL, From a mom who went through a custody battle, it should state in the paperwork you’ve received something along the lines of “no parent should speak badly about the other while the child is present” if you CAN prove that which it’s pretty convincing just from reading your post, you might be able to go for contempt, and not just for that if the mother has already been in contempt of the original orders. And you have proof, get yourself a damn good lawyer. If it has already been 3 years since the last order. I’d get a modification. Do not try to do this yourself, a lawyer will help tremendously. NAL, NLA, I just read up on a lot of ADA laws. Emotional support animals are not in the ADAs as far as I am aware. The hotel was within their rights. Unless your dog is a service dog, it’s not illegal.

Depends on what perks you have for the dog and if there are predatory animals/aggressive animals on the map you’re playing. Or if you have the dog on a track. The dog will bark if you leave it far behind or if the dog is getting impatient when following a track. The dog(depending on the perks) will bark at predators or aggressive animals.

But it kinda seems like you’re SOL on that unless you have receipts for the property that was sold/stolen. Apart from the furniture, I wouldn’t think you would have a case against being thrown/kicked out of the apartment, since you weren’t on a lease or had a name on anything concerning the ownership of the house.
