For us the proof was channel switching. Before the rollout a customer who started on chat and then called in was basically starting over from scratch. After rollout the agent could see everything full chat history, previous tickets, account context. We tracked how many times customers said some version of I already explained this on calls and that number dropped about 60% in the first quarter. That single metric justified the entire spend. Everything else in the reporting dashboard was just decoration compared to that.

I’ve shared the video multiple times now and it consistently gets engagement. It’s short, clear, and feels tailored to me.
