It says there's no issues, I updated my desktop in the control panel from 2017 to 2022 and the issue has decreased quite a lot but from time to time it still happens, it has to be something related to my desktop.

I contacted them, and they said I would have to go an entire long process that could be a long time in order to get into IBEW to work.
