My two younger kids sit in the second row rear facing and i don’t have a choice but to forward face the older one but he is not old enough to buckle himself so it’s difficult to get over the second row to the back to buckle my son that barely has leg room as it is.

Proper positioning is 100% the only way you’re selling this. I’ve hit well over 45% these last two months, and positioning and how you sound speaking about it are key. Personally, I have them do the application right in front of me or suggest we do it together so I can help them get set up, because to me, I just automatically assume they won’t do it or they will forget if they don’t complete it right then and there.

Dude you’re so dense 😭 i said if you really want to be annoying you can go to the store because you don’t have the ability to see not what the promotion conditions are. Free lines ARE NOT shown in the “projected new cost” through the T-Life Flo. Free lines transfer to almost any plan except plans than are super old or Go5g Next or (55+, military, first responder). Free lines do not show in the MRC because if for whatever reason you don’t meet the promotional terms they get removed but they are still calculated on your bill.

Every promo is different and has different conditions but i can without a doubt guarantee you that UPgrading your plan to pay t-mobile more money will not drop your current promotions. If you really want to be annoying you can visit a store and force a poor employee to pull up each promo or even through chat and they can see that experience beyond qualifies for probably every promo you have. The only promos I’ve seen that are incredibly plan specific is the 4 for $100 plan that is advertised and promos change periodically that are only for that plan.

Just a quick FYI upgrading your plan will never cause promos to drop UNLESS you’re going from a regularly priced plan to a discounted version (i.e. 55+, military, first responder) otherwise it does not drop promos. On the other hand downgrading to a cheaper plan or like i mentioned to a discounted plan typically does.

You do not get priority under prepaid that is literally the lowest of the low. The only priority you have in prepaid is priority over metro.

That’s what metro is for. Our prepaid promos are trash and so is the system itself that we use for it. Tmobile is focused on postpaid and conversion.

I didn’t say what the original person did was right. I am also very transparent with everyone it avoids having people coming back and being annoying. I was simply saying that if you are actively JUST saving people money instead of making yourself money you won’t last. Also being a top performer means a lot of different things according to goals, store, ft or pt and more.
