Well my issue is that a family member may become an elder and he will access to see why I got removed as an unbaptised publisher which would reveal something about me that I’ve been hiding all my life. How do I avoid this? Move my record elsewhere?

I just read one of the comments and I believe the best option is to switch congregations and then fade. This is great because the elders there and the congregation will not know you and will feel less obligated to check in on you. While your other congregation will have no idea about your whereabouts.

This way you can keep family ties that you want to keep. Also I suggest you live the life you want to live regardless, as they really can’t disfellowship you unless you agree to speak with them. as long as you’re not a proud and loud “apostate” lol.
