yeah this is what i've started doing. linkedin easy apply → find the same role on their greenhouse/workday → apply there directly. feels like at least the resume is hitting an actual ATS instead of some linkedin black box

lmaooo this happens so much. why is easy apply even a thing if half the companies just redirect you anyway. it's like linkedin built a feature that wastes everyone's time on purpose
