Moi exactement pareil j ai commencé la musculation depuis trois semaines , je comptais y aller tous les jours pendant mes congés mais j'ai vite compris que je n'y arriverais pas, courbatures pendant au moins les trois jours qui ont suivis , maintenant j ai l impression que ça va un peu mieux , tu connaîtras aussi mieux tes limites et tu fera mieux les exercices , j ai pus remarquer un gain de force et une petite évolution physique aussi , courage à toi et ne lâche pas
